Cusco / Quillabamba

First Day: Amparaes/Inti Watana/ Aguas Calientes
Early in the morning around 7am we depart to the Sacred Valley of the Inkas along 65 km of an asphalt road arriving into the village of Ollantaytambo. Afterwards we will start the climb up to the pass of Malaga (4120 metres above the sea level) along a zig zag bitumen road, observing one of the most fantastic landscapes of the Peruvian andes. Then we will descend  to an altitude of approximately 500 metres looking at the amazing variation of weather and vegetation in the alto-andina region to the almost-tropical region since the Quillabamba valley is located in the amazoni          c jungle of Peru. Arrival into Aguas Calientes and sleep over at designated hotel.

Quillabamba /Lares

Early in the morning and alter a comforting breakfast we Hill proceed to our new adventure to the valley of Lares one of the most fertile areas in the region. Arrival to our hostal (basic) and free time to enjoy the famous hot springs.
(Distance: 120 km on dirt road)

INCLUDES:
